Have you ever wanted to learn which wild-growing plants can be safely eaten? Join us for a course that will teach you to be able to confidently identify wild edibles that are commonly found in the Adirondack region of New York and inform you about what parts of the plants are safely edible, when they should be harvested and also how they can be prepared.
