Hey foodie friends! I’m posting the Super Bowl Sunday recipe submissions individually and will do an all in one Super Sunday menu later this week. Thank you to Christine Vasiliou Zientak for this awesome submission! Chris is a die hard Baltimore fan, so the name of this recipe for crab dip is perfect!
I’ve known Chris for a long time and she knows good food. I am personally going to try this crab dip recipe for Super Bowl Sunday! Who doesn’t love crab dips?

Ingredients:
- 1/2 Pint Sour Cream
- 2 8 Ounce Packages of Cream Cheese
- 1 1/2 Teaspoon Dry Mustard
- 2-3 Teaspoons of Worcestershire
- 3 Shakes Garlic Powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Old Bay
- 1 Pound Lump Crab Meat
- 3 Tablespoons of Mayonnaise
- 1/2 Cup Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Get Cooking:
- Mix everything except Crabmeat & Cheese in a blender
- Fold in Crabmeat and put in a casserole dish.
- Cover with cheese and bake 1 hour in 300 degree oven.
- Serve with bread chunks.
