About this event
We’ll begin with a gentle seated yoga flow led by Jenette to quiet the mind and settle into the present moment. From that calm and open place, mixed-media artist and teacher Irene Magee will guide you through a creative experience using flowers, leaves, and natural materials as a path to reflection, connection, and imagination.
We invite you to take a walk in nature before the workshop and bring along anything that catches your eye, flowers, leaves, twigs, herbs, or grass. Additional supplies will be provided.
Light fare will be offered. No art experience needed. Just come ready to explore, create, and connect in a supportive and judgment-free space.
