A Plus Cleaning

First of all, I feel that their name should be F MINUS CLEANING!!!! Their finished product is average at best and their pricing is on the high side. The right hand doesn't always seem to know what the left hand is doing. They are always late in their arrival time, and their personnel seem to change often. No supervisor ever checks on the quality of their work. Would you believe that a neighbor once returned a check to me that I gave to A Plus for payment. He found it blowing around in the parking lot! Though their lack of professionalism and accountability is where the main faults lie. I'm a 77yr. old cancer patient getting regular Chemo treatments. When I hired them in April of this year, I provided them with a set of keys to my apartment and to the outside security doors so they could gain access when I'm at Lab appointments. Yesterday I spoke with the owner, Danielle, to let her know that her workers should make sure they have the access keys for today as I have Dr. appts. all morning. Danielle then informs me that they lost the keys a while ago and it has just been good fortune that I've been there to let the workers in. I took issue with this and asked just when she was going to tell me about this. Aside from my apartment key the exterior key allows entry to six different ingresses to the building. I asked that she please look for the keys and let me know the status because of the potential security breach. She just said that the workers would be there tomorrow (today) at 9:30. I asked that they be punctual as I had a Dr. appt. at 10am. So, guess what?! THEY DON'T SHOW AT ALL!!! They just left me hanging. I called to no avail and I've never heard back from them. Very, very unprofessional and no accountability whatsoever for the status of the keys. A real 2nd rate operation. A Plus's behavior is totally unacceptable! So PLEASE "let the buyer beware" especially you seniors out there.
