About this event
Chef Matthew Bolton and his team of culinary students from SUNY Adirondack will prepare a colonial-inspired tasting menu, drawing on the ingredients and dishes of 18th-century America. Gather with neighbors to mark 250 years of American independence and support the Commission’s work to share Warren County’s place in the nation’s story.

The 250th Commission works in conjunction with the Warren County Historical Society
The WCHS is a non-profit, 501C (3) membership organization funded through dues, donations, grants, and gifts.
Street parking is available on Hudson Avenue and the surrounding downtown streets. Several City of Glens Falls municipal lots are also within a short walk of the venue. Please allow a few extra minutes to find a spot, especially on busy downtown evenings.
