About this event

The LGLC is again partnering with Up Yonda Farm Environmental Education Center to offer a series of hikes led by Up Yonda’s naturalists.

Take a hike up Thomas Mountain with a Naturalist and learn about the different types of trees found in the Lake George Watershed. While you hike you’ll learn about the characteristics of the most common species, how to identify them, and about some of the invasive species that are threatening the forests.

  • Total hike length (out and back) is 2.8 miles.
  • This hike is rated moderate.

Register with the Lake George Land Conservancy at least 24 hours in advance at https://lglc.org/discovery-series/
