About this event

Join us for an evening unlike anything else. Jenette will open with gentle seated movement and breathwork to ground the group, then the world of tea takes over in the most delightful way.

Anne Grenchus, LCSW, LICSW, MA (Philosophy), will be bringing her own harvest straight from her garden to share the medicinal side of tea. Having lived on a cooperative tea farm near the Hudson Valley, Anne brings a depth of experience that is unique and educational. Come ready to taste fresh from her crop, learn, and walk away with simple, natural tools for supporting your nervous system and adrenal health from the inside out.

As the evening unfolds, mixed-media artist Irene Magee will introduce you to the ancient art of tea leaf reading, a tradition lovingly passed down through her family for generations. She will guide you through the ceremony of preparing your individual cup and teach you how to read and interpret what surfaces, drawing on your own intuition along the way. Cups, saucers, teapots, loose tea, and a reference handout are all provided.

Informative, intuitive, and a little magical. This workshop is not to be missed.
