About this event

Blind Buck Valley Farmstead (BBVF) and MW Farmstead are proud to announce the 2nd Annual Spring into Salem artisan event, a unique, one-day experience where people can shop for locally made goods while enjoying the beautiful Salem, NY countryside. Spring into Salem will take place on Saturday, May 13th from 10am-4pm at Blind Buck Valley Farmstead, located at 116 Riley Hill Rd, in Salem, NY. The event boasts a marketplace featuring a variety of local artisans, a Kids Zone sponsored by LEAP with free crafts and games, along with food trucks, craft beer, live music, farm activities, and more!

The 2023 Spring into Salem event features a wide area of artisans, crafters, artists, and beauty and wellness practitioners.

The Spring into Salem event is the brainchild of two women-owned and family-run Salem businesses, Blind Buck Valley Farmstead, a farm stay experience & wedding venue, and MW Farmstead, a farm focused on making ADGA Nigerian Dwarf goat milk products.

This family friendly event is free for all ages. Love shopping local? Over 50 crafters, makers, jewelers, potters, beauty and wellness practitioners, artists and more will have their handmade items available to purchase. This one-stop shop is a perfect place to find a unique gift for Mother’s Day or to bond with mom while visiting BBVF’s farm animals and enjoying live music by local performers Eric Kufs and Trevor Braymer in the rustic setting of Blind Buck Valley Farmstead’s beautiful landscape. WCKM 98.5 will kick off the fun with live a broadcast radio and personality John Pratt on site from 10am to 12pm.
