Park & Elm is offering a Valentine's Day prix fixe menu for two with three courses at $98: Roasted Beet & Red Belgian Endive Salad with frisee, roquefort, bacon lardons, and red wine tarragon vinaigrette; Grilled Rib Eye Steak (16oz) With Butter Poached Twin Lobster Tails and asparagus, roasted fingerling potatoes, red wine reduction, and lemon; and Chocolate Decadence with chocolate lava cake, double chocolate bread pudding, profiterole, chocolate gelato, bittersweet chocolate sauce, and raspberry coulis.
Adirondack Winery
If you are looking for a fondue experience, Adirondack Winery has you covered! For two people at $40, they will be offering a decadent wine-infused cheese and chocolate fondue. This will take place in their beautiful Queensbury Tasting Room with romantic piano tunes from Matt Donnelly. Each table will be accompanied with a red rose.
When you arrive, there will be a sparkling wine toast and a choice of whichever wine you'd like to pair with your fondue. Their signature Gewurztraminer Champagne Cheddar Cheese Fondue and Barkeater Dark Chocolate Ganache Fondue will have spreads to accompany them for dipping. To end off this wonderful night, customers receive a Sparkling Flute Glass as a souvenir.
The Park Theater
The Park Theater presents "L'amour Prevencal - Exploring the Food & Wine of Southern France & the Rhone Valley." This is a five-course, prix fixe menu with hand-selected wine pairings. Embark on a culinary journey with your favorite person through Southern France and the Rhone Valley with a curated menu by Executive Chef Matthew J. Delos.
The Park Theater's Operations Manager, Ben Miller, has personally selected the wines for each course, each of which highlight the stunning terroir of this region and some of its top producers. The cost for the meal is $120 per person, plus a service fee.
