A new fall festival is coming to downtown Glens Falls this October, hosted in part by Hometown and other South Street businesses. The 2026 Glens Falls Fall Festival will bring local vendors, crafts, food, family-friendly activities, and special offers together for an afternoon celebrating the season and the local community.
Hometown Helps Bring Fall Fest to Downtown Glens Falls
Hometown (48 South Street) is among the South Street businesses helping host the inaugural Glens Falls Fall Fest. Founded by Kara, Matt, and Millie, Hometown is a modern general store focused on bringing everyday essentials and inspiration to downtown Glens Falls.
The shop offers pantry goods, stationery, home décor, small furniture, and a design studio, combining practical finds with items designed to help make a house feel like home.
2026 Glens Falls Fall Festival: Key Details
Glens Falls Fall Fest will take place from 2–6 p.m. on Saturday, October 17, 2026. South Street between Elm Street and School Street will be closed to traffic during the event, allowing attendees to walk between vendors and participating businesses.
The event is free and open to the community, and participating businesses will offer fall crafts, specialty menu items, discounts, and other specials throughout the afternoon.

Local makers and vendors will be set up throughout the festival, including Saratoga Apple, Stoneware Studio, Made by Aubs, Just One More Chapter, Poco Pio Crochet, Enchanté Bakery, Hudson Hats ADK, World Awareness Children's Museum, Vintage, and Purrfect Lucky Puppy Rescue.
