This so-called professional accounting company makes a mistake by sending my return to an inactive account and won't accept responsibility for their screw-up. They had the nerve of blaming me for the fact that they didn't see that the bank account was closed 6 months prior and had no activity. I was told that she "assumed" I had the same account without confirming the account...THEIR MESS UP not me. Their principal called me back just to stand up for his incompetent subordinate and stood the ground that I should have let them know I changed banks because they cannot read quick books properly to tell from the chart of account, that the bank they sent my taxes to was inactive and has ZERO dollars in it. He then stated to me to never call them again ... as if I would ever trust them, God only knows what else these idiots missed. Seriously do not use this firm as they will never admit their shortcomings and mistakes. Another accounting firm that has lost sight of those that helped them grow too big for their collective britches
