'dd give zero stars I could. IF YOU ARE A WOMAN DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! They do not repair anything and their apartments are not safe. My daughter rented at The Mill in Glens Falls, NY. The building parking lots and hallways were always dark, they had homeless people living in the garage, and they had thefts in the building that the residences were never told about. On top of that she had leaking water into her apartment for over 7 months that was never fixed. Then the sprinkler broke 3 floors up and water rained into her apartment creating a total loss of her items and making the apartment unlivable. Instead of making restitution for her loss they ILLEGALLY EVICTED HER! My guess is that they claimed the loss on their insurance, completely rehabbed the apartment, and raised the rent. Management has completely ignored all emails and phone calls. We now have involved legal counsel and the Attorney General's Office. NO ONE AT THIS COMPANY CARES ABOUT TENANTS!
