About the Festival

For nearly 30 years the Greater Greenwich Chamber of Commerce has sponsored its Annual Whipple City Festival throughout the parks in the Village of Greenwich, NY.

Come out for two days of parades, live music, free horse-drawn wagon rides, Argyle Brewing Company beer, face painting, Academy Street Kids Area, caricaturists, cake wheel game, artisan market with commercial vendors and community groups, historical reenactors (Revolutionary War, Civil War, World War I, World War II), Dorr Park for Kidz Zone, and more.

This is an outdoor event regardless of rain or shine. The parade on Friday is at 6pm. There will be great family activities, great music, and great food. The popular Whipple City 5K race will be on Saturday morning.
