She does not deserve one star. She lost a beloved family religious medal. She didn't even recognize me when I came back in on multiple occasions to ask about it. She did not recognize me till I showed up with a police office - twice. I think this woman has dementia but she is also rude, condescending, unprofessional (heard all about how poor her help has been tsk tsk), and totally untruthful. TAKING HER TO COURT. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT go here. Save yourself much heartache. My silver medal meant nothing to her, it's silver after all, but it meant the world to us. It was my dad's and he died of cancer so I gave it to my husband who just died of cancer, and we had given it to our future son in law who never took it off for 4 years, till it needed to have a clasp put on. She gave me someone else's yellow gold necklace when I went to pick up mine! How do you confuse the two metals? This woman is a liar and totally inept. STAY AWAY. Now I have to deal with her in small claims court. They must have a file just for her at the court house. Disgusted. Events
