Justin R. Riccio
was hired as a vice
president with
Amsure, a Division of
Adirondack Trust Co.
Financial Services Inc.
Prior to joining
Adirondack Trust,
Riccio was area executive vice president with
Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. from 2008-2015. He
also worked as an insurance broker with Ten
Eyck Group from 2005-2008.
Riccio began his career in the claims and
underwriting divisions of AIG and ACE USA
from 2001-2005.
Zuzana Kaplan
was promoted from
assistant manager of
the Malta office to
assistant treasurer and
Wilton office manager.
Kaplan joined The
Adirondack Trust Co.
in 2005 and has over
10 years of banking
experience. She holds
a master of science in
education from Constantine the Philosopher
University, Nitra, Slovakia. She earned
advanced financial services and consumer
lending diplomas from the Center for Financial
Training. Kaplan currently serves on the
board of directors for the Malta Business and
Professional Association and volunteers on the
Ballston Spa Film Festival committee. She is
also an active volunteer at the Saratoga County
Animal Shelter.

the addition of two
professionals to its
Capital Region
headquarters. Adam
Lawrence and Jennifer
Chatt were named
human resources
business partners.
Lawrence returns
to KeyBank after a
brief stay at American National
Co., where he was a senior strategic human
resources business partner. He will lead the
human resources duties for Key’s Commercial
Bank and Key Private Bank throughout New
York state and New England.
Lawrence performed as a strategist and
consultant to assigned Key Community Bank
client groups leveraging business and industry
insights to manage the design, development
and delivery of human resources programs in
concert with the goals of the business. Before
that he was a human resource leader at Blue
Slate Solutions in Albany, a human resources
manager at Bollam, Sheedy and Torani in
Albany, and director of human resources at
NFM, Inc., in Baltimore, Md.
He received his Bachelor of Arts in
psychology at Hobart and William Smith
Colleges and his Master of Science in industrial/
organizational psychology from University of
Baltimore.
Chatt will lead the
human resources area
for Key’s consumer and
retail as well as small
business banking
divisions throughout
New York state and
New England.
Chatt comes to
Key after spending
three years as vice
president for human resources at the New York
Independent System Operator in Rensselaer.
Prior to that, she was vice president for human
resources at Northeast Parent and Child
Society in Schenectady and before that was
vice president for global human resources at
Angiodynamics in Latham.
Chatt received her Bachelor of Science in
business administration and human resources
from the SUNY Geneseo and her MBA from
SUNY Albany.

Sarah Tuttle joined
AJA Architecture
and Planning as an
architectural

experience from the
construction field.
Prior to joining AJA,
Tuttle served as an
office assistant and
field worker for Tuttle Construction Co.
Her main role is the development of
conceptual drawings into construction level
documents.
Tuttle has an Associate’s of Applied Science
degree in Architectural Technology from SUNY
Delhi, as well as a Bachelor of Technology in
architectural design and building from SUNY
Delhi.

Cost Control
Associates announced
that analysis team
director Allison Levin
of Queensbury achieved
industry certification as
a carbon reduction
manager.
Levin is responsible
for the supervision
and management of all
analysts and office personnel. Her certification
was granted by the Association of Energy
Engineers, a nonprofit professional society of over
17,000 members in 90 countries. As part of its
mission, the organization recognizes professionals
who have distinguished themselves as leaders in
the growing field of carbon reduction.
Levin joined Cost Control Associates in 1998 as
an energy analyst. She received her MST from the
SUNY Plattsburgh and her B.A. in mathematics
from Boston University. Prior to joining Cost
Control Associates, she worked at Citizens Energy
in Boston where she provided clients with energy
efficiency services.
Levin is a Cub Scout leader and treasurer for
Temple Beth El in Glens Falls. She has also tutored
for the Literacy Volunteers of Warren, Washington
and Saratoga counties. She is a member of the
2016 class of Leadership Adirondack, sponsored
by the Adirondack Chamber.
