Adirondack Health Institute’s board of directors announced the appointment of Margaret M. Vosburgh as chief executive officer.

Vosburgh, who joined the organization on May 26, has more than 25 years of executive experience, most recently as chief operating officer at Stanford University Hospital and Clinics in Palo Alto, Calif., and executive vice president and chief operating officer at Tufts Medical Center in Boston.

She succeeds Cathy A. Homkey, who served as AHI CEO since November 2011.

Vosburgh holds an MBA from the University of Southern California, a master of science degree in nursing from Russell Sage College. She was awarded a Wharton Fellowship from the University of Pennsylvania. She has published and lectured on topics including high-reliability organizations, organizational design and profitability, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction.

The Lower Adirondack Regional Arts Council (LARAC) has added Aray M. Till to the staff as the marketing director and gallery coordinator.

Till will oversee the organization’s public, media relations and branding efforts. She will be in charge of strategizing and implementing marketing campaigns.

Her previous experience includes being part of Proctors and Capital Repertory Theatre’s marketing/creative team and roles as a consultant for various nonprofit organizations.

In the role of gallery coordinator, Till will work closely with the staff, board of directors, artists and community to put together the shows for the 2017 gallery season and beyond.

Morgan Stanley announced that Bryan Biagioli has joined the firm’s wealth management office at 20 Maple St. in Glens Falls as a financial advisor.

Biagioli has seven years of financial industry experience. Prior to becoming a financial advisor, he spent several years working in New York City within institutional equity sales and trading.

He received a B.S. in finance from Siena College. He is active in the local community and currently serves as chairman of The Community Hospice’s Associate Board and is a member of the Glens Falls Rotary Club.

Whiteman Osterman & Hanna LLP announced the hiring of a new associate, Paul A. Wolpert.

Wolpert joins Whiteman Osterman & Hanna’s Business, Corporate and Commercial Practice Group. His practice will focus on securities and corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, public company reporting and compliance, and corporate governance matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Wolpert served as senior counsel to Ocwen Financial Corp. in West Palm Beach, Fla., and as an associate with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, both in New York City and Sydney, Australia.

Wolpert received his J.D., with honors, from the University of Texas School of Law and his B.A., magna cum laude, in philosophy from Siena College. Wolpert is admitted to practice in New York state.

Barkeater Chocolates LLC of North Creek added three new employees to its team.

Alexandra Stader, most recently a U.S. Marine and lab technician at Glens Falls Hospital, was hired to be a chocolatier and retail sales associate at the Barkeater Chocolates production facility.

Stader is currently a part-time student at SUNY Plattsburgh and pursuing a degree in cytology.

Diane Skellie, a graduate of Franklin Pierce University, recently relocated from New Hampshire where she worked as a paralegal, document specialist and office administrator for such organizations as the New Hampshire Office of Legislative Services and CLD Consulting Engineers.

Skellie will be training for several roles within Barkeater, including chocolate production.

Emily Catillaz-Smith, a South Glens Falls native, is a graduate of St. Lawrence University and worked for the Hayes Group.

She also owns a canoe business with her husband and two other partners. Catillaz-Smith will be training as a Chocolatier and preparing to take on corporate gift sales for Barkeater.
