The area’s premiere new home tour, the 2012 Saratoga Showcase of Homes, will be presented over three weekends beginning September 15-16, 22-23, & 29-30. Tickets are still only $20 and allow you to visit these spectacular homes over six days from 11 – 5 each day. This year’s edition has 19 locations from 16 award-winning builders on display in Saratoga County.
Tickets are now on sale at all Adirondack Trust locations, Trustco Bank locations, Curtis Lumber stores in Ballston Spa and Queensbury, Realty USA offices in Clifton Park and Saratoga Springs, Roohan Realty in Saratoga Springs, and the Gazette in Schenectady. Tickets can also be purchased online at www.saratogashowcaseofhomes.com and are always available at any showcase home during the tour. This year, each ticket holder will receive a FREE shoe tote bag at the first home they visit!

Don’t miss the incredible line-up for the “Chefs Saratoga Style” evenings, part of the Showcase of Homes event, being held on two nights this year. Visitors will not only tour these magnificent homes, but will enjoy sample culinary delights from many popular local restaurants. Both chef evenings will be from 6:00 – 10:00 PM. Tickets are $35 each (due to the nature of this event, quantities will be limited) which allows you to attend both Chef events and also includes a Showcase of Homes ticket.
The Southern Chef Tour on Friday, September 14th will feature: Chef Scott Ringwood of Lake Ridge Restaurant; Chef Carla Kuchar of Zest Chefs; Chef Kim Klopstock of The Lily & the Rose; Chef Mark D. Graham of Max Londons; Chef Jose K. Arteche III of Panza’s; and Chef Jay Wynn of Golden Krust Bakery. The Northern Chef Tour on Friday, September 21st will feature: Dale Miller from Sperry’s; Chef P. Yono Purnomo of Yono’s; Chef Franco Rua of Café Capriccio Saratoga; and Chef Frank Russo of Russo’s Restaurant.
Now celebrating its 17th year, this annual community event has contributed over $725,000 to our local charities. Proceeds from the Showcase of Homes will benefit Rebuilding Together Saratoga County and Habitat for Humanity of Northern Saratoga, Warren and Washington Counties.
