Representatives from over 165 colleges will
converge on SUNY Adirondack Thursday, Oct.
2, for SUNY Adirondack’s annual Fall
College Night.
College Night will take place from 6 p.m. to
8 p.m. in the SUNY Adirondack gymnasium.
The event will give area college and high
school students, as well as their parents, the
opportunity to ask questions and get information
about course programs and college
activities. The public is invited, and there is
no admission charge.
The event is co-sponsored by SUNY
Adirondack and the Adirondack School
Counselors Association and will feature representatives
from colleges and universities
from across the Eastern US.
It will feature representatives from many
of the most popular four-year colleges in
New York and Vermont, including the SUNY
University Centers at Albany and Buffalo;
University Colleges at Brockport, Buffalo,
Cortland, Delhi, New Paltz, Oneonta, Oswego,
Plattsburgh, and Potsdam; the Institute of
Technology at Utica/Rome; The School of
Environmental Science and Forestry at Syracuse;
and Empire State College.
Other public and private schools represented
include Castleton State; Clarkson; College of
St. Joseph; College of Saint Rose; Green Mountain
College; Hilbert College; Keuka College;
Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts; Paul
Smith’s College; RPI; RIT; Russell Sage and
Sage College of Albany; Siena College; Utica
College and Wells College.
