With all the upcoming projects on tap for
Rucinski Hall Architecture, it is a wonder that
they had time to relocate and rebuild their new
134 Dix Ave., Glens Falls, location.
After being on Maple Avenue in Wilton since
the mid 1990s, the firm decided to get back to
Glens Falls where they started and where owner
Ethan Hall is from.
“I now have a three-block commute
and couldn’t be happier, It just worked out
perfectly,”said Hall.
Hall said they purchased the building , which
he described as a shell, in early September. He
said they had to do everything from plumbing
to wiring to building walls, and they had to do
so quickly.
“We had no choice but to get it done as quickly
as we could. We started Labor Day weekend
and moved in Halloween weekend,”said Hall.
The new office is a 1,300-square-foot building.
The company has been working on projects
including the new Lake George Marriott and
the Long Lake Fire station and some town of
Northumberland projects, according to Hall.
“We are so fortunate to have a lot going on
right now,” he said.
Hall said they have two full-time employees,
in addition to himself, with plan of hiring a
third in May.
The firm does grand scale projects like hotels,
but also plans for things as small as garage
renovations. More information is available on
the company’s Facebook page.
