Kevin and Jean Knobloch, franchise owners of N-Hance Revolutionary Wood Renewal in Upper Hudson New York , located in Queensbury, were named Franchise of the Year at the company’s 10th annual conference recently in Orlando, Fla.
N-Hance is a national partner of The Home Depot for wood refinishing/renewal of kitchen cabinets and wood floors. The conference culminated with an awards banquet where the best of the N-Hance franchise system were honored.
“Kevin and Jean exemplify the kind of franchisees that any organization would be proud to have,” said Ben Davis, N-Hance president. “Awarding them the Franchise of the Year award is our way of thanking them and their team for their outstanding contribution to our brand.”
In addition to winning Franchise of the Year, the Knoblochs also received last year the Rookie of the Year award from Harris Research Inc. This is the first time in the 35-year company history that someone won Rookie of the Year then followed the next year with Franchise of the Year award , officials said.
The award was based on leadership, sales, and a 100 percent customer satisfaction with the highest survey rating from Harris Research, according to the company.
The Knoblochs started the N-Hance franchise in June of 2011. They were selected for the award out of 50 new franchisees across the U.S. and Canada.
