Mannix Marketing Inc., a digital marketing agency and SEO in Glens Falls, is a finalist in the 2018 Killer Content Awards’ Agency Partnership category.
This will be the sixth annual Killer Content Awards—also known as the Finnys—to recognize innovative B2B marketers.
There are approximately 10 finalists nominated per category, making it a distinguished accomplishment to earn a spot on the list. Mannix Marketing was recognized for its work on a content campaign for American Heating Co. (AHC).
American Heating Co. is a U.S.-based manufacturer that designs, engineers, and produces industrial heating systems for a variety of different plants and facilities throughout the U.S. and internationally. They specialize in serpentine coil thermal fluid heaters and are the only company in the market to feature serpentine radiant coils in their standard heater designs.
In 2015, Mannix Marketing launched a new redesigned website for the company and initiated a search engine optimization program to further optimize AHC’s presence online. Optimized content creation was a key component of the ongoing SEO campaign, managed by Jessica Tracy.

Freedom Boat Club of Lake George was recently recognized at the company’s national franchise conference in Ft. Myers, Fla.
Franchise owner Matthew O’Hara won the Marketing Brand Champion of the Year award, given to the best individual marketing promoter among franchisees nationwide who best exudes the passion and championing of Freedom Boat Club.
O’Hara was also recognized as a 2017 Charitable Marketing Partner for his club’s work with Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, and as one of eight members of the franchisor’s National Marketing Advisory Council.
