Roohan Realty has added Bridget Naughton as a licensed real estate salesperson.
Naughton, a lifelong Saratoga Springs resident, graduated from Boston College in 2020 with degrees in mathematics and secondary education. She interned with Roohan Realty’s marketing department after graduation. Her mother, Kate Naughton, is the firm’s top-producing agent.
After her internship, Naughton taught mathematics in Boston for five years before returning to the Saratoga Springs area to be closer to family. She will work as an eighth-grade math teacher at Stillwater while pursuing real estate with Roohan Realty.
“I feel so lucky to be able to work alongside and learn from so many members of my family, especially my mom. Growing up, my mom’s love for real estate was a part of our everyday lives, and I feel so privileged to be able to learn from her as I start this new adventure.”
Naughton said she is interested in building relationships with clients and helping individuals and families find homes. Outside work, she enjoys baking, skiing, crafting, trying new restaurants, hosting gatherings and watching sports with family.

Fenimore Asset Management, an independent investment advisory firm based in New York’s Capital Region and manager of the FAM Funds family of mutual funds, has hired Shikha Garg as an Investment Research Associate.
Garg conducts company-level research and evaluates businesses to support the construction of equity portfolios.
“Shikha is a very talented professional who is passionate about our investment philosophy,” said Fenimore’s President Christian Snyder. “We are pleased to have her on the investment research team. Shikha’s analytical abilities and insights should help our investors over the long term.”
Before joining Fenimore, Garg was a Private Equity Intern at Scava Capital, an Equity Research Intern at Fenimore Asset Management, and an Associate for Investment Research Solutions at Fidelity International. She holds a Bachelor of Management Studies in Finance from the University of Delhi College of Business Studies and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
