Hudson Headwaters Health Foundation
will hold its 10th annual Community Champions
dinner on Sunday, Aug. 30, at Jimbo’s Club,
Point O’Pines on Brant Lake.
This year’s honorees will be Jim and Sue
Himoff of Point O’Pines Camp for Girls, and
state Assemblyman Dan Stec.
Tickets to the fundraising event begin at

Each year, Hudson Headwaters provides
more than $3 million in uncompensated care
and prescription drug discounts. Its 16 health
centers provide comprehensive primary care to
people in more than 3,700 square miles of the
Adirondack/Lake George/Glens Falls region.
