The Association of Chamber of Commerce
Executives (ACCE) awarded Adirondack
Regional Chamber of Commerce Membership
Manager Pam Fisher the Circle of Champions
Award for being responsible for the third
most new member sales in the United States,
when compared to chambers of commerce of
comparable size.
The award was recently presented at the
ACCE National Conference in Montreal, Canada,
amongst her peers of over 1,200 Chamber
professionals.
“Our success in new member sales would
not be possible without the assistance of
our volunteers, our board and hard-working
ambassadors, among others, who share
testimonials as to how our Chamber helps
businesses to grow and thrive,” said Fisher.
“With exceptional programming such as the
Adirondack Craft Beverage Trail, Leadership
Adirondack, our Network for Enterprising
Women’s Program, and the Nonprofit Business
Council, it’s an exciting time to be part of the
Adirondack Chamber and also our growing
region. I am grateful for the opportunity to meet
so many awesome professionals who make our
community the great place that it is,” she added.
Since 1914, the ARCC has been the voice of
business in the region. The Chamber has been
offering progressive and innovative programs/
services for businesses to help them grow and
thrive. As the business community has evolved, so has the Chamber, supporting those businesses.
“We are extremely proud of Pam for the
dedicated work she puts forth every day to
engage and recruit businesses in understanding
the value of membership in the Chamber,” stated
Peter Aust, ARCC president and CEO. “That
tireless commitment is recognized not only by
our national Association of Chamber Executives,
but by the nearly 1,100 other business members
of the ARCC as well.”
