Dr. John E. Kelly III, senior vice president, cognitive solutions and IBM research will deliver the keynote address at the EDC Warren County annual luncheon on Monday, July 2, at Six Flags Great Escape Lodge in Queensbury.
In addition to the keynote address, the program will also include an update on EDC initiatives and recognition of other activities in Warren County and the region.
Registration and networking will be held from 11:30 a.m. to noon. The luncheon and program will run from noon to 1:30 p.m.

In addition, his leadership on the Jefferson Project, the technology-driven environmental research project underway at Lake George, drives home the significance of technology applications in our area,” said Ed Bartholomew, EDC Warren County president.
As IBM senior vice president, Kelly is focused on the company’s investments in several of the fastest-growing and most strategic parts of the information technology market. His portfolio includes IBM analytics, IBM security and IBM Watson, as well as IBM research and the company’s intellectual property team.
He also oversees the specialization of IBM Watson into various industries and domains.
Tickets for EDC investors and event sponsors are $55 per person or $500 for 10 tickets. Tickets for general public are $75 or $650 for 10 tickets.
