The Adirondack Trust Co. has once again secured a 5-Star rating from BauerFinancial, a bank rating firm.
Earning a 5-Star rating indicates this bank excels in areas of capital adequacy, profitability, asset quality and much more. Earning and maintaining this top rating for 49 consecutive quarters, puts the Adirondack Trust Co. in an even higher bracket as an “exceptional performance bank”.
This title is achieved after successfully earning the top 5-Star rating for 40 consecutive quarters (ten years or longer).
BauerFinancial Inc., based in Coral Gables, Fla., has been reporting on and analyzing the performance of U.S. banks and credit unions since 1983.

The North Warren Chamber of Commerce and the town of Chester have released an online survey as part of the Chester Economic Development Initiative (EDI).
The survey consists of 18 questions, takes about 10 minutes to complete, and will gather information to support EDI efforts for the town and its hamlets including Chestertown and Pottersville.
Survey Monkey is being used as the survey platform. There is a link on the Chamber website, northwarren.com, that connects people to the survey. The Chamber also has printed copies of the survey available at its office in the Chester Municipal Center, and other local businesses.
The online survey is available until Oct. 31 at www.surveymonkey.com/r/ChesterEcDev.
