The Hyde Collection announced that Laura Bradigan has been named director of development.
Bradigan, a Saratoga Springs resident, will advance the mission of the museum through development, donor relations, and fundraising.
Before joining The Hyde, she held a similar position at Bethel Homes and Services in Ossining and Croton-On-Hudson for more than 10 years. She has also worked for many years in government, politics, and nonprofit and for-profit organizations in the Capital District and upstate New York.
Bradigan is a member of the Saratoga Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution, a board member of Bethesda Episcopla Church’s Mercy House in Saratoga Springs, and a former board member of Sculpture Space, a Utica-based residency program for sculptors.

The Chazen Companies announced two new employees to its expanding Environmental Services team in Troy and Glens Falls.

Beth Clements joins Chazen as a senior environmental scientist. Clements graduated from SUNY Cobleskill with an Associate of Science and Bachelor of Technology degree in Plant Science-Environmental Studies/Technology.

Previously, she worked for Wetland Studies and Solutions, Inc. in Northern Virginia as an associate environmental scientist where she specialized in wetlands and water resource management. Clements is a certified professional wetland scientist and certified arborist.

Glens Falls National Bank and Trust Co. announced that Dawn Adams-Rea has been appointed branch manager overseeing sales, service and operations at the Salem office.
Adams-Rea joins Glens Falls National Bank with more than 15 years of banking experience.
Active in the community, Adams-Rea volunteers with the Boy Scouts and is treasurer of Evergreen Cemetery.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in geography and elementary education from SUNY Potsdam. Originally from Oswegatchie, N.Y., she currently lives in Salem.

Fort Hudson Health System has appointed Erika Swenton as the new administrator of its Certified Home Health Agency.

Glens Falls National Bank and Trust Co. announced the promotion of Craig Seybolt to vice president, corporate banking manager.
Seybolt will manage commercial lending activities in the Northern Region, which includes offices in Warren, Essex and Clinton counties.
He joined Glens Falls National Bank in 2007 and was most recently a commercial loan officer. Originally from South Glens Falls, he graduated from SUNY Plattsburgh with a bachelor’s degree in finance and business.

Seeleys Office Systems announce that Mark Sidoti is the newest member of the sales team.
Sidoti will be responsible for driving revenue in business equipment and supplies; and creating long-term value for Seeleys in his ongoing relationships with customers and markets in Warren, Washington, and Saratoga counties.
Prior to Seeley, Sidoti held executive sales positions in the telecommunications, payroll and insurance industries in the North Country region. He brings over 30 years of experience in business development and maintains a long-term membership in local organizations, including the Adirondack Regional Chamber of Commerce, the Saratoga Chamber of Commerce and the Adirondack Business Council. Sidoti is on the Adirondack Civic Center Coalition Foundation board as treasurer.

Glens Falls National Bank and Trust Co. announced the promotion of Leslie Munger to vice president, compliance manager.

The bank also announced the promotion of Peter J. Lareau to executive vice president and corporate secretary. Lareau will also serve as corporate secretary for the bank’s parent company, Arrow Financial Corp.

Also, Katie-Jo Mohamed Ali was appointed the new branch manager in Salem.

In Munger’s new role, the Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering (BSA/AML) and fraud and physical security functions will report directly to her. She will also facilitate compliance initiatives across the company.

Munger has been with the bank since 2007. She was promoted to assistant vice president, compliance professional in 2010.

She attended SUNY New Paltz and SUNY Adirondack. She holds American Institute of Banking diplomas for general banking, consumer credit and commercial lending.

In addition to his expanded role as corporate secretary, Lareau also serves as chief risk officer for Arrow and its subsidiary banks. 

Lareau joined the bank in 1982 as a management trainee. He most recently served as senior vice president of compliance, human resources and training.

Active in the community, Lareau is president of the Warren-Washington Association of Mental Health board of directors as well as a member of the Glens Falls Lions Club.

Robert S. Reynolds, a partner at Whiteman Osterman & Hanna LLP, was selected by a nationwide peer review as a Lawyer of the Year in The Best Lawyers in America for his work in the practice area of trusts and estates.

Reynolds joins his Whiteman Osterman & Hanna colleagues rated as Best Lawyers in America, including: Leslie M. Apple in the practice area of corporate law; James B. Ayers in litigation and trusts and estates areas; Beth A. Bourassa in education law and employment law; Norma G. Meacham and Robert T. Schofield in employment law; Kevin P. Quinn in the practice area of government relations; Daniel A. Ruzow and Michael G. Sterthous in environmental law; Leslie K. L. Thiele in immigration law; and Michael Whiteman in communications and energy law.

Mickey Orta has joined the NBT Wealth Management as senior vice president and a member of the NBT’s wealth leadership team.

Orta is based in the bank’s Glens Falls Regional Office and is responsible for leading NBT’s retirement plan sales efforts and regional wealth management strategies.

Orta has 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. He comes to NBT from Glens Falls National Bank, where he had responsibility for leading the Wealth Management Division and served on GFNB’s senior management team. He was also the portfolio manager for the North Country Equity Growth Fund.

Orta, a resident of Queensbury, graduated from SUNY Plattsburgh with a bachelor’s degree in economics. He is a certified trust and financial advisor.
